In addition, the historical Albufeira Down Town has so much to see and walk around and the most famous beach named Fisherman's Beach is just 5 minutes away by walk from the house.

It stands out for its excellent location and good levels of comfort, provided by the quality of the apartment, its insertion area and proximity to the beach. This complex has pleasant adult and children's swimming pools and gardens.

It is composed of an entrance hall, common room with balcony, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with garden view and another with pool view, bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and balcony in the bedrooms and living room.

The room has two distinct zones - the living and dining area. The living area has a chaise longue sofa bed for two people, a coffee table and is equipped with Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.
The dining area is close to the kitchen and has a dining table.

The kitchen is very functional and completely equipped with the following appliances: fridge, freezer, hob with 4 burners, electric oven, capsule and filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, juice machine and washing machine.

The rooms, both with two single beds each, wardrobes with hangers, air conditioning and small balcony. Between the rooms is the bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, bidet and hair dryer.

The living room balcony has outdoor furniture, a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your meals outdoors.

The area is ideal for a holiday in a quiet and peaceful zone with a swimming pool and a short distance from the beach. The resort offers parking.
